The Why

Truth be told, this project began and continued to grow simply because I believe it's an admirable feat that artists have this innate drive to create despite all odds, despite the voices telling them they'll be starving, that there will be no return on their creative investment, that it's not "reasonable". The fact that artists (especially emerging artists) continue to press on is a beautiful thing, so Seattle Art Post was created to recognize them and to seek opportunities for more exposure, community, and resources. So here we are. Keep your head in the clouds and never. stop. making.
